How patented controller of SRS works ?
1.Constant current driver consumes 15-20% power when operating. Instead of the traditional LED analogue driver,
our Digital patented controller uses 4 IC to replace it. Only consume 0.0625W power when working. So, further saving 15-20% of power is realized.
2.LED is a semiconductor device which has on-off feature. Due to human visual effect, when frequency over 25t/s, we can not feel.
Our controller frequency is up to 10K-100Kt/s. through our patent digital controller, we can save 50% power while have the same effect.
But normally solar street lamps that using constant current driver , supply continuous powr all the time.

How long is life span of the system?

The most important material is electrolyte inside. And there are two important factors to prolong the life span.
- Deep Cycle times--Our solar street light saves 70-85% power consumption compared with regular one. Therefore, each deep cycle time is greatly prolonged.
- Environment Temperature--Most suitable working temperature for battery is 20-25ºC, if higher or less than 10ºC, the life span would be only a half.
- ×Wrong method:Most vendors put the batteries inside a box hanging on the pole. That is the reason why their street light batteries can only have 1 year life,

- Our SRS patent controller uses 4pcs of IC to replace the Constant current driver, so there is no capacitor in our controller. The main material of IC is silicone, can reach 25-30 years. So our controller life can over 10 years.
4.About the details:Cables and Connectors
Our Ultra-violet pure silicone rubber copper wire and Silver-plated high-strength anti-aging waterproof connectors
helps to reduce the cable system resistance & the power loss in the wire to the minimum extent. This special solar wire, smallest resistance and loss, excellent system reliability, saves energy.
